Refund Policy
Astra Cloud strives to provide transparent and clear terms of service, including its refund policy.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- incorrect or duplicate payments
- Astra Cloud’s inability to provide the ordered service
- cancellation of the order prior to the actual provision of the service
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- if the service has already been activated, provided, or used in whole or in part
- if the reason for the request is due to circumstances beyond Astra Cloud’s control
- if the customer violates the terms of service
To request a refund, the customer must contact support, providing the order number, payment details, and the reason for the request.
All requests for refunds, cancellations, or disputes are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms of service and applicable Ukrainian law.
Refund requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe after all necessary information has been received.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon separately.
Payment system fees, bank charges, and other related fees may not be refundable, unless otherwise specified in separate terms.
Astra Cloud reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases of fraud, misuse of the service, or violation of applicable Ukrainian law.
