By using Astra Cloud services, the client agrees to these terms and undertakes to comply with the rules of using the infrastructure.

The client has the right to use the provided resources within the selected plan and in accordance with applicable laws of Ukraine.

It is prohibited to use the services for:

• any illegal activities or actions that violate applicable laws
  
• distribution of malicious software
  
• conducting network attacks or unauthorized access attempts
  
• any actions that may negatively affect infrastructure stability
  

Astra Cloud reserves the right to limit or suspend services in case of violation of these terms.

The client is responsible for maintaining access credentials and ensuring the security of their data.

Services are provided on a prepaid basis. All services must be paid in advance for the selected billing period.

In case of late payment, services may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

The client may cancel services before the start of the next billing period. Cancellation does not release the client from obligations for already provided services.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy available on the website.

Astra Cloud is not responsible for actions of third parties or for interruptions beyond the provider’s control.

The company reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice.
